How does it work?

How long does shipping take for the printed book?
Printed books are produced in 1–3 business days and ship within 7–11 business days (10–14 business days total, standard US & UK shipping). No rush option is currently available.
How is the digital book delivered, and what format is it?
As an instant download (PDF) you can read on any device.
Can I preview the book before I pay?
