Picolo Tales provides a personalized children's storybook creation service that includes:

• Story Generation: AI-powered creation of personalized stories featuring your child as the main character
• Custom Illustrations: Generation of unique artwork based on the photo you provide
• Digital Delivery: Access to digital versions of your personalized storybooks
• Print Services: Professional printing and shipping of physical storybooks to your specified address
• Customization Options: Ability to personalize stories with your child's name, age, interests, and preferences

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time with reasonable notice.

When using Picolo Tales, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information: Ensure that all information you provide (name, shipping address, email) is accurate and up to date
• Upload appropriate photos: Only upload clear, appropriate photos of your child that you have the legal right to use
• Obtain necessary permissions: Ensure you have parental consent and legal authority to upload and use the child's photo and information
• Use the service responsibly: Do not upload offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content
• Maintain account security: Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Comply with applicable laws: Use our service in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and the accuracy of the information you provide.

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the photos and information you upload to Picolo Tales. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for creating your personalized storybooks.

Generated Content: Once you purchase a storybook, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the generated story and illustrations for personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes:

• Reading the story to your child
• Printing additional copies for personal use within your immediate family
• Sharing digital copies with close family members

Restrictions: You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the generated content
• Claim authorship of the AI-generated stories or illustrations
• Use the content for any purpose that violates these terms

Picolo Tales Platform: All other content on our website, including our logo, design, text, graphics, and software, remains the property of Picolo Tales Inc. and is protected by copyright laws.

We may request your permission to feature your child's personalized storybook in our marketing materials, website, or social media. This is entirely optional and will always require your explicit consent.

If you grant permission, you allow us to:

• Display excerpts or full pages from your child's storybook
• Use your testimonial alongside the storybook images
• Share on our website, social media, advertising, and promotional materials

You may revoke this permission at any time by contacting us at support@picolotales.com. We will remove the content within 30 days of your request.

Pricing: All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change. We will always show you the total cost, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees, before you complete your purchase.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our certified payment provider.

Billing: You will be charged at the time of purchase. For digital products, access is granted immediately after payment confirmation. For physical books, we begin processing your order immediately upon payment.

Failed Payments: If your payment fails, we will notify you via email. Your order will not be processed until payment is successfully completed.

Digital Products: Due to the personalized nature of our digital storybooks, all digital sales are final once the story has been generated and delivered. If you experience technical issues accessing your digital book, please contact our support team.

Physical Books - Quality Issues: We stand behind the quality of our printed books. If your book arrives with:

• Printing defects or quality issues
• Damaged pages or binding problems
• Incorrect personalization (our error, not incorrect information provided)

We will provide a free replacement. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your book is lost or damaged during shipping, please notify us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue or send a replacement.

Customer Error: If you provided incorrect information (wrong name, age, interests, or unclear photo), we cannot offer a refund or free replacement. However, we're happy to offer a discount on a new order.

Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided we have not yet begun production. Once production has started, cancellations are not available.

You agree not to use Picolo Tales for any of the following purposes:

• Uploading photos or content that you do not own or have permission to use
• Creating content that is offensive, defamatory, obscene, or illegal
• Using the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise our platform's security
• Reselling or commercially exploiting generated storybooks without our written permission
• Using automated systems or bots to access our service
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonating another person or providing false information

Violation of these prohibited uses may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

Your Right to Terminate: You may close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon account closure, you will lose access to your digital storybooks, so please download any content you wish to keep before closing your account.

Our Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms and Conditions
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• You upload inappropriate or harmful content
• Your payment methods fail repeatedly
• We suspect unauthorized account access or security issues

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination, except in cases of serious violations or legal requirements. Refunds for terminated accounts are at our sole discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Picolo Tales Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions, technical issues, or errors in generated content
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security
• Any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service

Maximum Liability: In any case, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Picolo Tales shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

AI-Generated Content: While we strive for accuracy and appropriateness, AI-generated stories and illustrations may occasionally contain unexpected or imperfect content. We are not liable for any distress or disappointment resulting from AI-generated output. If you are unsatisfied with your story, please contact our support team.

Dispute Resolution: We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues. Most concerns can be addressed quickly through our customer support team.
