Digital Storybooks
Because digital books are delivered as an instant download, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded. If something's wrong with your file, contact us and we'll make it right.
Printed & Custom Books
Each book is personalized to your child, so we're unable to accept returns for change-of-mind. However, if your book arrives damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly on our end, we'll replace it free of charge — email a photo within 14 days of delivery.
