Returns & Refunds

Because digital books are delivered as an instant download, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded. If something's wrong with your file, contact us and we'll make it right.

We accept returns and exchanges on printed and custom books — for any reason, not just damage or defects — within 7 days of delivery. Items should be new or only slightly used. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and there's no restocking fee. Once we receive your return, refunds and exchanges are processed within 14 days.
